Delaware County Community College seeks a qualified individual for the position of Enrollment Management Programmer/Analyst at its campus in Media, Pennsylvania.

The Enrollment Management Programmer/Analyst will support the College through ongoing customization and utilization of WebFOCUS, particularly as it is used to support the extraction of data from Banner and creation of reports used by the Enrollment Management area, as well as other administrative and academic departments.  This individual will use a combination of MS Access, WebFOCUS, Content Management System, SQL and Document Management System (BDMS) to develop specifications and design reports. The programmer/analyst will work closely with the Office of Information Technology and the Banner Application Team and serve as the Data Custodian for Banner Student. The programmer/analyst will also be expected to support and train report writers and non-technical users of WebFOCUS.

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5 years of programming and analytical experience supporting computing users in a networked environment, including experience with relational databases, web applications and web-based application programming and a minimum of 2 years of experience in working with WebFOCUS, creating reports and dashboards and collaborating with end users to meet their departmental needs. Experience as a Systems Analyst directly supporting a college/university Registrar’s operation. Functional and/or technical experience with Banner Student information forms and tables is essential. Previous application development experience using MS Access, Content Management System, SQL, C, HTML, Java or similar programming languages. Previous experience with implementing and supporting a Document Management System (BDMS). Experience with implementing and supporting a Customer Relationship Management System. Development experience using Oracle RDBMS or other relational database systems.
