Medical Assistant Program
The Medical Assistant Program prepares students to work in the health care field as assistants to physicians and other professionals in a variety of ambulatory care settings. The responsibilities of a medical assistant include administrative and clinical duties. The College's program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education under recommendation of the Medical Assisting Education Review Board.

Over the past five years, the Medical Assistant Program at Delaware County Community College has awarded 89 associate degrees and 53 certificates. Graduate surveys for both programs demonstrated 100 percent satisfaction rates.
