About Your Instructor- Here's a snapshot-A tiny captivating snapshot highlighting some of Ozias's successes Your instructor Ozias Moore is a retired Industry leader and a second generation of Master Plumbers. He is a graduate of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Five-year Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. Throughout the industry they called him Ozie. He has obtain a track record in the construction industry of 30 years or more.

Theoretical Approach, Experience, and Temperament

Ozie's past and present experiences includes the following: Building Trade's Plumber/Forman, Mechanical Construction Inspector, Code Enforcement Officer, Corporate Management; Project Controls/Scheduler Analysts II, and Plumbing Teacher/Instructor. He has gained considerable hands-on jobsite experience on major plumbing projects, ranging from mixed-use sectors to residential, commercial, industrial, and intuitional. He holds a Master Plumber's license from the City of Philadelphia. He has passed the International Code Council's National Standard Master Plumber's Contractors examine. He has obtained the following Plumbing Inspector's Certifications: Residential, Commercial, Plans Examiner, and Property Maintenance Housing Inspector.

Scholarly Interests

  • Ozias says, when students are truly inspired by their teachers and Instructors," it makes huge difference to talent retention and student's value creation". Ozias also says, training does not end when you become a journeyman, keep your learning, training, and certification's updated. You will be more valuable to your employer because the workplace has become more competitive and there are more job opportunities for skilled personal.
